We’re so sorry that some people have had issues pre-ordering. We feel very frustrated, too, but we don’t want to let this stop us. Thank you so much for sticking with it! I’m having trouble pre-ordering. Help!

If you’re using an iPhone or iPad, try installing the free Apple TV app before clicking the pre-order link.

If you’re on an Android device, try using a desktop computer. If you still have trouble using your desktop, try using the Google Chrome browser to open the pre-order link.

I have an iPhone or iPad, can I use it to pre-order?

Yes, you can pre-order directly from your Apple device. People have been able to pre-order from Apple devices or a desktop computer (PC or Apple.) If you use an iPhone or iPad, you may need to install the Apple TV app before clicking the pre-order link. If you use a desktop computer, you may need to use the Google Chrome browser (instead of Internet Explorer, etc.)

I have an Android phone, can I use it to pre-order?

Some people have had trouble pre-ordering from Android devices. It’s best to use a desktop computer and you may also need to use the Google Chrome browser (instead of Internet Explorer, etc.)

Why should I pre-order?

A lot of pre-orders means Apple will help spread the word and promote the film upon release. Pre-orders are a powerful way to help spread the word about Comfort Farms!

Can I watch the film right after I pre-order?

No, you won’t be able to watch the film right away. The film will be released in early December and you will be able to watch the copy you purchased then.
